Warranty Details

All claims are subject to standard testing procedures by its authorised representatives. Should a battery be deemed defective due to a manufacturing fault and is within its applicable warranty period; it will be replaced with an equivalent battery free of charge. Proof of purchase is required. You bear all transportation costs to and from testing centres. The warranty period is not renewed or extended as a result of a repair or replacement. Warranty is not transferable and is only offered to the original end user of the product. Cease using the goods when a fault arises and contact the supplier or manufacturer immediately. Warranty does not cover discharged batteries or diminishing capacity due to battery age and depth of discharge. This warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies available at law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. NAC-2 Autopilot Computer

The low-current NAC-2 autopilot computer is ideal for smaller vessels, designed to run small hydraulic drives and mechanical drives for vessels up to 10 metres (33 feet) in length. Also provides solenoid output.

Easy Installation
Plug-and-play connectors facilitate easy installation, minimising the wiring necessary to install your autopilot system. Industry-standard NMEA 2000® networking offers simple connectivity to heading sensors, rudder feedback units, autopilot controllers, and multifunction displays located anywhere on board.

Standard Output
The NAC-2 Autopilot Computer is recommended for boats up to 10 metres (35 feet) in length. It has been designed to reliably operate low-current drive pumps including the Simrad RPU80, mechanical drives such as the Simrad SD10, hydraulic linear drives such as the HLD350, and solenoid valves.

Virtual Rudder Feedback
Simrad Virtual Rudder Feedback (VRF) technology eliminates the need to install a separate rudder feedback unit aboard outboard and sterndrive (inboard/outboard) boats with planing hulls. This reduces overall autopilot system cost and complexity, and is ideal where a feedback unit is impractical due to mechanical constraints. The NAC-2 also supports SimNet or NMEA 2000® connected Simrad RF25 feedback units, and resistive rudder feedback sensors, for vessels that do require a physical rudder feedback sensor.
