Warranty Details

All claims are subject to standard testing procedures by its authorised representatives. Should a battery be deemed defective due to a manufacturing fault and is within its applicable warranty period; it will be replaced with an equivalent battery free of charge. Proof of purchase is required. You bear all transportation costs to and from testing centres. The warranty period is not renewed or extended as a result of a repair or replacement. Warranty is not transferable and is only offered to the original end user of the product. Cease using the goods when a fault arises and contact the supplier or manufacturer immediately. Warranty does not cover discharged batteries or diminishing capacity due to battery age and depth of discharge. This warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies available at law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Hydraulic Ram T0 12V

Hydraulic Ram T0 12V - The RAM T0 Hydraulic linear actuator combines a cylinder, pump, motor, clutch, and reservoir in a pre-filled, sealed unit. Designed to be used on vessels fitted with mechanical primary steering that can be back-driven.

High power, efficient drive units for maximum power with minimum consumption. Ram drives allow the Power Steer mode on the Pilot to be used in cases of manual steering failure Fully Integrated (T0, T1 and T2 units) hydraulic system, no external hoses, reservoirs etc. Always remember to use the fully laden displacement of your boat when selecting a pilot. Typically a yacht fully provisioned with the water and fuel tanks full can be as much as 20% above the designed displacement. If your boat falls between two pilot types, choose the larger pilot type - an under rated pilot may not be able to perform adequately when you need it most. If in doubt, please check with an authorised Simrad/B&G Dealer. If you are using a Ram, Rotary drive or existing drive unit from another manufacturer, these will, in most cases, be compatible with Simrad/B&G units. To check this however, please call your local Simrad/B&G Dealer or call us directly.
